This listing is for ONE Chair only, These were sold back in the 90s by The Franklin Mint for their 1991 Limited Edition Monopoly. These folding chairs are extremely hard to find as they were not made very strong and significant number was damaged over the years.

I marked these chairs #3 and #4. I also have another pair (#1 and #2) listed separately. All 4 came from the same set.

Condition – These 2 folding chairs are well above average. Tested – 50 lb person and 200+ person sat on them with no issues. These are folding chairs and when no one sits on them they are very slightly wobbly. Once you sit down, they are very stable. They have few a nicks and small and some average scuffs. Some were touched up with furniture pen and hard to see. No cracks or damage. Surely this setup will enhance value of your investment in this upscale game.
