Complete set from Franklin Mint. Limited edition. Produced in 1991. Hard to find in – Very Good Condition. Rare find – the original checklist, all pieces are present, leather portfolio, rule book, houses, hotels, … There could be some minimal wear to the board. Please see images.

Condition – previously displayed. Excellent displayed condition. Wood looks very good. Could have minor nicks. Some could have been touched up with furniture pen. Green Felt looks good! There are a couple of spots where the thin foil around the board is peeled a little. Please see images.

Included all accessories and cards and leather portfolio. Please see images.

Bonus – 1 extra house, 1 extra hotel, black and white photocopies of COA, item list, care and manual instructions.

Not included – owner’s letters, certificate, boxes.
