For your buying pleasure a Franklin Mint Vietnam Armed Forces Commemorative Colt .45-caliber non-firing replica with display. Nothing Else Is Included. It is originally plugged by the FM.

I wasn’t able to find another one like this neither on EBay (active or sold) nor anywhere online. This gun is similar to FM’s John Wayne Commemorative Armed forces colt, but distinctly different in markings and display design. Possibly a prototype and thus might differ from the actual gun that was released.

The gun is for Display Only, and is Unfireable.

The following are observations / comments and even videos. I am not guaranteeing you will be able to replicate them. You may have different experience. Still, you are agreeing to accept the item AS it Arrives.

• The Franklin Mint archive’s labels can be seen on the gun and display. This could be removed or left alone for their historic value. See the last two images. Some marking on the box.
• Function – cocked, pulled the trigger, removed the magazine clip and reinserted – no issues. Click here to see a short video 1 
• Cosmetics – Some occasional nicks and scuffs on the wooden parts of the display. Cloth part has some wear from the gun being removed and placed back. However, as you can see from the images – none of it major. Metal plate with description was separate when purchased from FM archives. Could be left as is or glued permanently to the cloth surface.

I will double box to protect the original packaging. The gun will also be bubble wrapped.
