The stand is placed on the floor and the base with 4 drawers goes on top and then the board game is placed on top. The base with 4 drawers, Monopoly Game and Glass cover are NOT included.

Condition – Very Good. Was used. Stand has a couple of nicks and small scuffs. Some could be touched up. No cracks or damage. Surely this setup will enhance value of your investment in this upscale game.

Bonus – photocopy of the original COA (Certificate of Authenticity) and Assembly Instructions will be included.
